It was announced Monday that Icelandair will commence nonstop service from Denver to Reykjavik in May 2012. The new service will connect Denver with more than 20 destinations throughout Scandinavia, United Kingdom and Europe and is expected to bring in $28 million in annual revenue to the city... [ link to www.9news.com] What's weird about this is that the economy is in the shitter just about everywhere. So where most airlines/routes would be cutting back, this one is beefing up. Hmmmmm....something smells fishy.
