I do not know what Bible you are reading, however The Bible states God has a covenant with Israel (Judah the Jews WERE apart of and shall be again in the future). The Bible deals with Israel past and future (Ezekiel 37, and the book of Daniel). In the future Kingdom of God many nations will be "God's chosen and beloved...".

What about atheist Jews who live to old age? did Yahweh forget them?

The dietary laws of God are in Lev.11 and Deut. 14. Pork by the way is full of retro virus and other nasty parasites. The closer to God's laws one eats the healthier one is.

The scattering in the verses below was a prophecy about spreading the 'Scriptures' to the Gentiles in a journey that would cover the globe.

De:4:27:
And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations,
and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the LORD shall lead you.
De:4:28:
And there ye shall serve gods,
the work of men's hands,
wood and stone,
which neither see,
nor hear,
nor eat,

But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God,

Literally 10 minutes before Peter was told to teach Gentiles he was given this vision that was for Jews alone

as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners,
and let down to the earth:

Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth,
and wild beasts,
and creeping things,

for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

This was done thrice:
and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

The 600+ laws did not get carried over to the Gentiles, only the 10 Commandments did. The 600 Laws were there to be the 'bar' that Jesus would be judged on in the completion of all things associated with the bruise to the heel from Ge:3:15. They are not required for the bruise to the serpents head, once Satan is in the Pit and the sinners are in the grave even the 10 Commandments cease to be the Law as they apply to a sinful mortal people and when the 144,000 are joined by everyone going back to Abraham's sons (and the Church)and on day 1 of the 1,000 years everyone alive is immortal and sinless. The Law in Re:21 will take over, that is the same law that governed the world from the exit from the garden until the 10 commandments were introduced and that became law with the extinction of the 6 fingered giants.

Be more than happy to give you all the relevant verses for that concept but since most are from the OT you should already know them, like you should know the usury Laws need to be updated to include Gentiles as being part of the collective brought in by Jews through the NT writings.

If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee,
thou shalt not be to him as an usurer,
neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

Take thou no usury of him,

but fear thy God;

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother;

usury of victuals,
usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:

De:23:20:
Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury;
but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury:
that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

A stranger these days is corporations are the stranger and that is who should be charged interest rather than individual Gentiles. At what point in time is this going to be rectified, and if never then it is time to give up banking for anybody but your own collective and Christians can do the interest free loans for Gentiles.

This earth was made with man not knowing about good and evil yet in the new earth mankind is there and they know about good and evil so your verse reference is not applicable to all things written.

Jer:4:28:
For this shall the earth mourn,

You stumbled on something that is usually overlooked in any discussions involving Jews or Jewishness. One is a religion and the other is a race. You can be a member of the Jewish race because you were born of Jewish parents, but not be a member of the Jewish religion. This might raise a problem for the haters out there. Which are you hating? One or both? Gets complicated, doesn't it.

True Israel does get made to be whole, 144,000 make it to the day the 7th trump sounds and after the 2 witnesses are resurrected the unrepented Gentiles are killed and then the resurrection of Eze:37 takes place in conjunction with the last part of Eze:39 and all of Eze:47 and all of Jer:31 come to pass on that same day.

However the 'little ones' in Zec:13 are Gentiles and thir judgment comes up as they were 'created' in the first reference below, they were the ones that were taught once the 70 weeks were completed (3 1/2 years after the cross, which is the 'smote'.

When Israel went into Egypt for 430 years did they come out of Egypt with any claim to the land? They were exiled in about 600BC and God gave them back the city so the 70 weeks could be completed but that still means God has removed them from the land for about 2600 years, a period much longer than they were there after the exodus.

The Messiah is supposed to happen before the iron/clay can be destroyed, that means the time started in the verse below must also end.

Lu:21:24:
And they shall fall by the edge of the sword,
