Re: If God is perfect why did he create something imperfect like man.
Okay explain this to me.

If God is perfect then everything he creates should be perfect. Earth, the universe, the animals on earth and mankind.

But look what fucked up beings we are on this planet. We are murderers, destroyers of nature and this planet.

How could a perfect God create this. And more importantly why?

Only logical answer is a perfect God didn't create us. We created us. Our imperfect selves. There is no perfect God.flip

To know what you want, you must also know what you do not want. You learn this from experience.

You are a spiritual being having a human experience.

Everything is energy, even you. Your brain is an energy transmitter and receiver. The frequency you broadcast is also the frequency you will receive. Do to others as you like them to do to you, since you get what you give.

The only god there is, is you. You are god and only you exists. everyone else is living in a completely different universe. What goes on in their universe have nothing to do with you, visa versa. So stop trying to make someone else think or feel differently. Just mind your own business and make sure YOU ARE happy, thats all YOU need. You do not have any responsibility of anyone but you self, visa versa.

In that sense, everything you experience will give you a guide-line trough feelings, telling you where to go and where not to go. Following your highest excitement in all cases, will end up giving you everything you need, when you need it. So whatever you experience, is has to happen, otherwise how would your feelings get input on what to change and what to ask for more of. So everything is always perfect. Everything is just as it has to be, for us to learn what we need to learn to end up in eternal bliss and abundance.

Stop worrying about things that doesnt matter. Stop worrying about everyone else but yourself. Stop worrying about wars, oil spill, chemtrails, whatever. You cant do anything about it, but if you dont look at it its not in your reality any more. If your not happy, change the channel, switch the scenery. Example: I had enough of the system and all the comes with it, so what did I do? I quit my job, my apartment, im selling everything i own, and soon im leaving to go to Ecuador and live in the nature on a farm growing everything them self. Just living. Just being. No drama.

Look at the front page of GLP. Right now, one of the top threads are: "GLP IS NOTHING BUT A FEARMONGERING MACHINE" or something like that. Well, thats one guys view on it. If he feels fear whenever he reads about war, collapse, corruption etc. then to him it might seem like someone is promoting fear. To me, its just a stream of information which no one except my self, chooses if i look at or not.

Im not saying you should ignore problems. Any problem that show up in front of me, i deal with. But worrying about chemtrails on the sky, will only amplify their function, whatever that might be.

See the future you want, focus on it, imagine it, and then let it go. Do not be impatient. If you KNOW you want and need something, focus on the thought that makes you feel like you already have it. This brings you into alignment with the reality where you already have this. This means you will be drawn towards what it is you want. If you think "I need this, and i cant do this and this and this without it" then you are bringing yourself into alignment with the reality where you have this need even more. Your feelings and thoughts creates your reality.

So to answer your questiong; YOU are GOD and YOU are PERFECT.

BTW - God is the Universe and the Universe is God's Mind.

Ahhh, now I get where we differ in views. Omnipresence, it is something I cannot accept as a personal truth. Just like the light of the sun, I believe Creator's light can reach to most places but it emanates from one source. Countless grains of sand make up one beach but each grain is independent - like us human souls.

The freewill which we were given and the nature of entropy is what has brought about the decay around us. Like Zeus, Creator knows all of this eternally - we only get to spin this discuss of past, present and future right now at this point in time. At least those are my truths afro

First, if you want to see the Creator's Light, look at the center of ANY spiral galaxy or look within yourself. Science thinks the Universe is a closed system (aka: 2nd Law of Thermodynamics) but it is a OPEN SYSTEM, with the small black holes, that open up when a star collapses, being the black holes drawing matter into the 1st Dimension to recycle that part of the galaxy and the TWIN black holes, at the center of ALL spiral galaxies, eject VIRGIN matter in the form of LIGHT! sun

Second, the only entropy in the universe is your closed mind, but EVERYONE is closed minded. hmm The You're Always Right Paradox proves everyone is closed minded. thumbs

He he, our views are not so far apart afterall. I agree that entropy was created from the closing of our own minds quite some time back, but now is the time to open them again. We are also bound by the laws of cause and effect - the debts we have created individually and collectively must be settled in order to move forward in the system.

What I have been wondering was how matter was going to be purified to reflect our return to selves (eternal soul/spiritual stars) and source (our spiritual sun), I look forward to learning more about twin black holes and virgin matter. Thanks.

Physical time being cyclic and moving beyond time is a great paradox too :)

Zachariah 12:[1]Thus saith the Lord, who stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundations of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man in him:

Jeremiah 27:[5] I made the earth, and the men, and the beasts that are upon the face of the earth, by my great power, and by my stretched out arm: and I have given it to whom it seemed good in my eyes.

2 Machabees 7:[28] I beseech thee, my son, look upon heaven and earth, and all that is in them: and consider that God made them out of nothing, and mankind also:

Genesis 1:27
And God created man to his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created them.

Ecclesiasticus 43 [36] There are many things hidden from us that are greater than these: for we have seen but a few of his works. [37] But the Lord hath made all things, and to the godly he hath given wisdom.

Ecclesiastes 7:[30] Only this I have found, that God made man right, and he hath entangled himself with an infinity of questions. Who is as the wise man? and who hath known the resolution of the word?

3 Kings (1 Kings) 15:3
And he walked in all the sins of his father, which he had done before him: and his heart was not perfect with the Lord his God, as was the heart of David his father.

Ecclesiasticus 15:[12] Say not: He hath caused me to err: for he hath no need of wicked men. [13] The Lord hateth all abomination of error, and they that fear him shall not love it. [14] God made man from the beginning, and left him in the hand of his own counsel. [15] He added his commandments and precepts.

Proverbs 16:[3] Lay open thy works to the Lord: and thy thoughts shall be directed. [4] The Lord hath made all things for himself: the wicked also for the evil day. [5] Every proud man is an abomination to the Lord: though hand should be joined to hand, he is not innocent. The beginning of a good way is to do justice;

Colossians 1:[16] For in him were all things created in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominations, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him and in him. [17] And he is before all, and by him all things consist.

Genesis 6:9
These are the generations of Noe: Noe was a just and perfect man in his generations, he walked with God.

Genesis 17:1
And after he began to be ninety and nine years old, the Lord appeared to him: and said unto him: I am the Almighty God: walk before me, and be perfect.

Colossians 4:12
Epaphras saluteth you, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, who is always solicitous for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect, and full in all the will of God.

Deuteronomy 18:13
Thou shalt be perfect, and without spot before the Lord thy God.

Deuteronomy 32:4
The works of God are perfect, and all his ways are judgments: God is faithful and without any iniquity, he is just and right.

Ezeckiel 33:[11] Say to them: As I live, saith the Lord God, I desire not the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way, and live. Turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways: and why will you die.

mmm linear and finite don't fit for me, cyclic and eternal do though. I understand that there are three types of energy - supreme soul, souls and matter and that the latter two of these energies through their interaction with each other, travel from a state of purity to impurity and back again.

Entropy brings the energy of souls and matter down to a heavy, chaotic state (now) and the intervention of the supreme is the external force that intervenes and returns us to our original state of purity, matter too. We are individual and unique souls but each connected by our original nature of peace, purity and the unified vibration that creates. This journey from pure to impure and back again is like recycling too.

Twin souls is an area I would like to look more into, it brings to mind Radhe and Krishna, Lakshmi and Narayan, Adam and Eve but also the thought that it could be a wholeness of being, the male and female qualities being brought into balance within each one of us.

To wake up to the dreamlike nature of reality is to symbolically ‘kill’ the mythic Cronos, the negative father, who is father time (linear time). To symbolically slay the negative patriarchy, who is a figure who abuses power over others simply because he can, is to find ourselves sin-cronos, or in synchronistic time, where time is experienced as a radial matrix whose center is now. This is to symbolically ‘die’ (to the sense of being a ‘separate-self’ alien from the universe) and to be reborn in and as spirit, interconnected and at one with all beings. This is to be fully released into and as the present moment, which is the access point through which we connect with our true power to consciously change the dream we are having. - Paul Levy - Jungian Scholar, Author of 'Wetiko'

you are being presumptuous and you lack understanding of the creator. God is not a person. he is not a man with a beard that sits on a throne. is a lion evil because it kills its food? we were given free will. you bible thumpers minimize your responsibility by claiming to be a puppet of God. God does not micromanage. humans are imperfect because they choose to be such. you choose to watch 50 hours of tv a week instead of reading books and running 5 miles. that is your choice, not God's. you choose to allow evil politicians to genocide innocent women and children the world over. God didnt make you do that. and He didnt make the soldiers squeeze the trigger. narcicism is the greatest evil. you assume you are the smartest guy in the room. when you are not. you fail to educate yourself. these things are your own fault. humanity is to blame. God gave us gifts and we could be perfect if we simply chose to. but instead we watch american false idol and homoerotic football on tv. we are to blame. i thank God for the universal law of karma. failing to expand your awareness is punishable. pain, coming soon to an experience near you.

OP seriously, why even ask questions you don't want to hear the results from or won't accept as evidence in the end anyway and already have your mind made up about? This only proves you are a shill and have no way to really think for yourself and are closed up in a self pity style little box and are doomed. Good Luck to you, and get real.gaah

Perhaps like God, the universe simply just existed for all time. No one created it, it has no beginning or end. We are simply a part of it. No one created us either for that matter. We simply live an die in the infinite timeless universe. No God, no soul, no after life, no intelligent architect of life. It is what it is. Life and matter evolving over an eternity of time. Religion and spirituality are just desperate hopes of mans craving and desire for eternal life. But it is to no avail. We simply live and die. And that's it.

Re: If God is perfect why did he create something imperfect like man.
"In the beginning GOD...." God created man in His image, so he was perfect when created. God had created Lucifer, earlier (one of the previous posts lamented that God created an imperfect Lucifer)... Lucifer (Satan) was the greatest being God created, with unequaled strength, beauty, privilege and authority. Ezekiel 28:12 "You had THE SEAL OF PERFECTION, FULL OF WISDOM AND PERFECT IN BEAUTY." 15 YOU WERE BLAMELESS IN YOUR WAYS FROM THE DAY YOU WERE CREATED, UNTIL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS WAS FOUND IN YOU. In Isaiah 14, we see the origin of sin when Satan said "I will" 5 times to God, displaying that pride which exalts self instead of God. Satan had been in God's holy presence; he was the most beautiful and wise in all creatiion. He was God's lead angel (verse 16, "covering cherub "(means lead angel)...He had received supreme favor from God. He was God's "anointed cherub" (verse 14), "who
covers; and I placed you there. You were on the holy mountain of God." Cherubs are angelic beings of high rank, associated with God's glory and presence.
This individual was the ruler and leader of the angels and led them in their praise of God and shouts of joy. Lucifer.. or Satan...is an excellent musician, and he gives power to many musicians today and has given that talent to them in the past. He empowers people with skills, musical talents, etc. in exchange for their souls. He has empowered the majority of wicked rulers through history, including many of those presently. The blameless perfect Lucifer was created without any form of evil, perfect in all his ways... God tells us so. He does not tell us He created Adam and Eve perfect, but He does tell us that He created them in His image....so I take that to mean He created them perfect. He created them with free will, and so it only took a little prodding from Satan to lead Eve and Adam astray. He created us with free will; He did not want robots. It is our choice whether or not to love HIM.

Quoting Butt Ugly Toad

The infinity bit I get, but what if the finite increments were cyclic or perhaps spiral?

I have a problem with the spiral concept though because I do believe the material drama that we all incarnate into (except Source) is one that repeats exactly. An example of this would be to take a perfect, clear and clean diamond and place it in the light and take note of how the light shines and reflects through it. Take another perfect diamond and notice how that would cast light in a unique way, not quite the same as the first one and so on. Creator being the most perfect of diamonds remaining eternally pure and constant in order to act as the external force, who intervenes each time we descend into forgetfulness and deepest chaos.

If we consider ourselves to be spiritual diamonds that have been covered in dust and grime for some time and had not been reflecting light; once the muck was cleaned and polished away, would the diamonds not reflect the light in the same way as they had originally?

Another words, once we are spiritually restored to our original purity by connection to Creator/Supreme Jeweller:) wouldn't we reflect this pure light in the same way? And when we return restored into our future incarnations wouldn't we make exactly the same choices as we had before.

Prophecy, clairvoyance and deja vu also fit well with this concept, time travel too. Tracing all the world's religions and indigenous cultures to their most authentic sources finds that they all speak of similar patterns in time - a time of paradise on earth, peace and prosperity, a fall, a search, a time of darkness and destruction/revelation and a time of renewal.

To me it makes sense that this is a great confluence, both the end of one cycle and simultaneously the beginning of another identical one. It seems a cop out to proclaim that Creator is also part of this impure material world and part of our own vice and body conscious choices, if he is eternally pure then he cannot engage in the laws of cause and effect or entropy.

There has to be personal accountability as well as collective and there has to be self-responsibility to realise the journey and with good intention return to our own source, thereby also reconnecting with Creator and our spiritual family. In this physical world, it is important to know what is 'my' stuff and what is someone else's, mingling the responsibility of 'my' stuff with another's does not work. Another paradox is that in taking self-responsibility, connection to Source and the human family continues increasing - I can understand how this connection is mistaken for omnipresence, at least those are my thoughts and experiences.

Our fall was to lose sight of our true form and to fall into body consciousness and identify with it and the material universe completely, now we have to re-connect to our spiritual universe and continue on till the end of the play before all the actors can take a bow.

I wonder what would you have said if the creator did not give you the chance to decide, to shape & twist things? God gave us the free will, it's our actions, that made us imperfect; and you've said it well ......"what fucked up beings we are on this planet. We are murderers, destroyers of nature and this planet".

God did not create robots. Robots do not love. We are all free to choose to follow our creator or not.

Prime Creator didn't create us directly.

Archangel Lucifer did.

But Lucifer was overthrown by the manipulative angles and now we have been fed the BS propaganda that says Lucifer is evil.

The world we live in today is because of the godhead that took the earth zone away from Lucifer.

But Lucifer shall rise from the pit next year in 2012.

Lucifer is the god/angel of great love!

You are so spoiled my friend, seems you live in a comic world.
God created us perfect [as babies]; he still does; look at a new born and tell me what you see which is not perfect.
We as grown ups, as a society, as a species have the ability [and responsabilty] to shape up the minors in any way, but rather would be better to say that we don't really bother and let them grow up according "to the trend".
Is it like you reap what you sow??

So being in all this mess we instead, point our fingers at God. I am also not perfect anymore, I am weak and did not contribute much either, but I pray God to help keep away from evil with my actions.

We are all embodiment of Lucifer. We are Lucifer's child.

Lucifer is Prime Creators Child .

We directly came from Lucifer.

Re: If God is perfect why did he create something imperfect like man.
You see we live in a world that we have to embrace evil or we become evil ourselves.

If we decide to punish an evil doer, we become the evil by doing an evil act called punishing.

Embracing evil does not mean to do evil act or to do evil but we must love unconditionally and make evil understand and allow it.

Everything that exist is because of God.

Lucifer is the greatest!

We are perfect in our imperfection. Since God, by definition cannot fail, we must be perfect and you are interpreting God's intention incorrectly. Beauty (or perfection) is in the eye of the beholder... God sees EVERYTHING. We can also "see" everything, but we don't normally start out that way.
Nothing is irrelevant.

Re: If God is perfect why did he create something imperfect like man.
God did create us , but you have to remember along time ago in gods kingdom there Angels too. One of those anglels was god right hand and he had angles that would follow him. So from what I understand it was that angel who approached God and said that he wanted to have all Gods powers, but God said basically that job was taken, so to make it short there was a uprising in heaven and God threw out that Angel and his followers and them came to Earth and we were easy pickings and you know that name of that angel it was lucifer so that is why there is evil here and it temps everyone some are strong and resist it and some just go with it and all the bad shit that is happening is evil at work slowing building his armies up for one last assault against God and that time is still to come and NO MAN knows that date.
