I think it depends on what you interpret as perfection. I believe that if we were created by something, then it sees us as its creation and therefore loves us unconditionally. That doesn't mean that we will get along, not kill one another, or accept anything that is being told us.

I like to think of it like a family, with God as the mother, and we are the children. Most siblings have love and regard for one another and also rivalry. I also know from my own experience as a mother that there is no action my child could take that would ever make me stop loving her.

The mysteries are what they are. These questions have been around for as long as we've been able to form the words to ask them.

Perfection needs no interpretation. It is or it isn't.
Interpretation only tries make up for not knowing the real answer.

The other Angels being more understanding than us, and who clearly demonstrated the commandment love thy neighbour in their actions, then set up this universe, this Earth specifically for our redemption, to make us perfect again via Earthly incarnations and the many experiences they bring. And yes suffering is a large part of that.
