Words are like stones we throw them around and at each other as if they have no power, both ways of seeing it. If you never hear the words “I love you” you begin to believe such a lie is possible. That no one can or will ever love you. Don’t make the words cheap either put actions behind them. Like don’t tell me you love me as I leave as most I see do. Say it as they walk up, you’ll find yourself wanting to prove they are more than just words.
We all have words that flew threw our skin and locked itself to our souls, some go back as far as grade school. Something someone didn’t give two thoughts about, we still carry those words with us today. In that sense alone we are like gods.
Watch what you say and do from this day forward and you’ll find you have found a new full time job.
Make each day count changing someone who is hurting life.
What I like to do is go spend the night at a homeless shelter and ask the ugliest guy there, what happen? He has a story, most of the time it’s only 50% true, but even that 50% is one heck of a story. Be glad it is not you, at least not yet. It has been me many times. A night here and a night there for different reasons. You come away with another view on life a different reason for what you do. The things that matter begin to change, being born again is a painful process. Putting down the things of this world and picking up the things of the world to come…
