Are you looking for a tea that has a diuretic effect? Careful with that, you could be headed for dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalance. Quoting: BlueMind yes, a diuretic effect. i've always had constipation problems, and the thing is that when i did the treatment over the summer, it's true, i was feeling a bit dehydrated, so i'd have to consume lots of water and Gatorade, but it cleaned my system completely! over the past two weeks i've been eating red meat =( and i want to cleanse my system from it because i hadn't eaten any in over two years. i was stupid when i decided to eat those burgers. so i want to do the treatment again. |

I get no side reactions from senna. anything used the wrong way can cause problems. by live on the stuff I would mean using it all day long as your main tea or whatever. Some people overuse stuff like this for weight control and the like. it is perfecting safe used in a normal way by a healthy person. Most laxatives in general shouldn't be used more than a few days. I don't think you needed it for 6 weeks though. now that you are clean use it as needed, or every few months for a week or so perhaps. |
