Yes and those kinds of women are scooped up in high school/late teens. Guys know what kind of market value women like that have and they ain't gonna throw that fish back in the lake.

The point is that a vanishingly small number of good women are available after about 24 years old. And during the teenage years, maybe 5~10% of them are decent. But women like that in Asia and Eastern Europe come a dime a dozen. So if you are older than 19, you better not waste your time here. Once you go foreign you never go back.
