from barely watching this case there seems to be overwhelming evidence that he murdered 2 people in cold blood..

Ummm....he actually confessed to one of the murders he committed that night. You may want to turn off the TV and get your facts straight. He did in fact murder two people that day.

He also killed a man by the name of Michael Cooper. He never denied that murder. So yes, he killed two innocent people within 24 hours. Justice has been served my friend. That part of the story seems to have been left out.

The State presented witnesses, including the police investigators and original prosecutors, denying any coercion. Other witnesses who had not testified at trial asserted that Coles had confessed to the killing, but this evidence was excluded as hearsay as Coles was not subpoenaed by the defense to rebut it.

To those of you who believe in an 'eye for an eye':

Have you had someone close to you murdered? Someone who you thought at the time was your soulmate and then one day someone breaks into his home and slits his throat and later brags about it - this is how they got caught.

IF you have gone through this you may think differently. Giving someone the easy way out by taking their life instead of making them sit in their cell for the rest of their life with flashes in their minds of what they did. The one guy had said, "he looked so young when I looked into his eyes" I hope HE always remembers the look in Mark's eyes!

That memory still brings tears to my eyes after 32 years. He was only 18 when they took his life.

They are still in prison, and I give thanks to God everyday that they still have the visions of what they did that night!

I am confused....here it says that his execution was postponed. But elsewhere it says that he was executed a few minutes ago...What is the truth?
