And who of the posters above believes this "bill" has any chance of even coming up for a vote in the corporate, sorry I mean republican controlled house? It won't and anyone with any sense of DC right now knows that. Also with just that one line of the bill posted how many of you even really can explain what its saying? How many of you even know what the 11 amendment to the constitution is? Perhaps these points might be relevent to your opinion of the bill that will never get a vote?
