Re: Revelations 12:1, Rosh Hashanah, Elenin, Palestinian State = Biblical Prophecy Fulfilled????
Wanted to bump this after reading the opening post in this thread...

Thread: Sept. 26th thru ??? A Very Scary and Possible Hypothesis

Because the OP made a point that could relate to this thread...What if these solar flares come in big and cause electrical disruption? Mix that with the possibility that Elenin will eclipse the sun on Monday morning causing a total blackout and we could be in for the 3 days of darkness I discussed in this thread. If that is the case, the electrical disturbance would cause wide spread pitch black darkness coupled with no sun and no moon. OP in the other thread also pointed to the fact that the stock market dumped dramatically on Friday and proposed the possibility of martial law coming into effect.

Today and tomorrow *could* be the last days we experience life as we know it if things play out the way they have been speculated over the course of the past few months from many here.

We could see more prophecy come to fruition this weekend my friends! This is an exciting time to be alive.

Keep looking up my friends hf

Zechariah 12:1 The burden of the word of YHWH for Israel, saith YHWH, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.

2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

The New Covenant is with the House of Judah and the House of Israel > Jeremiah 31:33, Hebrews 8:10

Judah has returned first to their Homes/Tents, to Jerusalem, the city of David, the Covenant land given to them, and that while not believing that YESHUA is their Messiah.

7 YHWH also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah

Zechariah 12:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Currently All the nations are gathered against Jerusalem and the Covenant Land YHWH gave to Abraham and His Descendents.

10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon Me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn

Basic Chronology, Judah returns to the covenant land given to them, not believing YESHUA is the Messiah, the nations of the earth come against Jerusalem, YHWH YESHUA will fight for Judah, destroying those nations as HE pours out His Spirit upon them and they shall look upon YHWH, the One they Pierced.

Re: Revelations 12:1, Rosh Hashanah, Elenin, Palestinian State = Biblical Prophecy Fulfilled????
What about Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement)? Rosh hashanah isn't even a really set-apart day. You must be a khazer?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1557597

I am not a Khazar and to be honest, don't even know what one is. I am a Christian raised in a family with a Jewish father and Christian mother.

Let me start though with this explanation about the difference between Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah...

Yom Kippur

"Yom Kippur commemorates the day that God forgave the Jewish people for the sin of the Golden Calf. Forty days after hearing God say at Mount Sinai: "You shall not have the gods of others in My presence; you shall not make for yourself a graven image," the jewish people committed the cardinal sin of idolatry. Moses spent nearly three months on top of the mountain pleading with G‑d for forgiveness, and on the tenth of Tishrei it was finally granted: "I have pardoned, as you have requested."

"From that moment on, this date, henceforth known as the Day of Atonement, is annually observed as a commemoration of our special relationship with God, a relationship that is strong enough to survive any rocky bumps it might encounter. This is a day when we connect with the very essence of our being, which remains faithful to God regardless of our outward behavior."
[link to www.chabad.org]

Rosh Hashanah is the festival/feast of Trumpets. It marks the beginning of the Jewish new year. It is also when jewish people accept God as their King.

"The central observance of Rosh Hashanah is the sounding of the shofar, the ram's horn. The shofar is sounded on both days of Rosh Hashanah (unless the first day of the holiday falls on Shabbat, in which case we only sound the shofar on the second day). The sounding of the shofar represents, among other things, the trumpet blast of a people's coronation of their king. The cry of the shofar is also a call to repentance; for Rosh Hashanah is also the anniversary of man's first sin and his repentance thereof, and serves as the first of the "Ten Days of Repentance" which will culminate in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. Altogether, we listen to 100 shofar blasts over the course of the Rosh Hashanah service. Click here for more about the shofar."

[link to www.chabad.org]

Rosh Hashanah is important because of the fact that it cannot be declared until two people witness the crescent moon. It ties together with the teaching that no man knows the hour of Christ's return, He will come like a thief in the night. Just like the crescent moon, no one knows the hour it will be seen. Does that make sense?

Also, trumpets are sounded at Rosh Hashanah. Trumpets are also sounded when the seals are broken in Revelation 8. What is interesting is that with the first 4 trumpets that are blown in Revelation, destructions comes upon the Earth. People have speculated that mass destruction will occur when Elenin passes by the Earth resulting not only from the magnetic pull it will have but also from the debris that follows it. Also, when Elenin passes the sun on the 26th it is speculated to cause a total eclipse which would bring 3 days of darkness upon the Earth. Here is some more interesting info on this as well as Rosh Hashanah...

I have to disagree with you "It is also when jewish people accept God as their King" , the Jewish people never accepted God as their King. That was the source of their trouble upon arrival to the new land, God wanted to be their King, no they wanted a King like everyone else, God said you will have corruption violence and death, and they did!
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1371470

And I respectfully have to disagree with you. The jewish people believe in God as their king however they do not believe their Messiah has come yet. They believe Jesus was a false prophet and do not believe He was/is the Messiah. I think you are getting the two confused. They do not believe Jesus is the Son of God. However jewish people do believe in God.

The info I posted came directly from the Chabad which is a leader in the Jewish community for online information about Judaism. Also on the Sabbath it is common practice to say the following blessing while lighting the candles, "Blessed art thou O Lord our God King of Universe, Who hast sanctified us by Thy laws and commanded us to kindle Sabbath light."

If you have valid info supporting your stance, i'd be glad to read it. I am not jewish but my dad is and having been raised in his house I speak from experience growing up exposed to that religion and reciting the blessing I posted above.

That AC was correct. This is basic OT stuff.
God was the first king of Israel--but they wanted a human king like the other nations. Then Saul became king.

“And when you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, you said unto me, ‘Nay; but a king shall reign over us’: when the Lord your God was your king.’”

• 1 Samuel 12:12

AC, i'm not sure what OT means?

But please, enlighten me then why jewish people call God their King and claim Him as their King in prayer?

Avinu Malkeinu—"Our Father, our King"

Melech HaMelachim—"The King of kings"

Ribono shel `Olam—"Master of the World"

Shaddai - "The Almighty"

Eloyn - "God most high"

Adonai - was commonly used for kings and literally means "My Lords"

There are many more that show they view God as their King. My father is Jewish and accepts God as King he does not however accept Jesus as the Messiah, they are not one in the same to him.

Here are some links that also state/show jewish people view God as their King...(for whatever reason the first one wouldn't let me copy/paste)

"Because Rosh Hashanah is a coronation of God as king of the universe, one of the most famous and familiar prayers of this season is Avinu Malkenu (“Our Father, Our King”). Consisting of 20 lines of entreaties asking God to forgive our sins, to help us achieve repentance for our transgressions, to remember us favorably, and so on, it concludes with a haunting congregational melody in which the community sings “Our Father, Our King, graciously answer us, although we are without merit. Deal with us charitably, and lovingly save us.”

"In Psalm (Tehillim) 98:6 it is written, "With trumpets and the
sound of the horn shout joyfully before the King, the Lord"
(NAS). The blessing we receive from God when we understand the
meaning of Rosh HaShanah and the blowing of the trumpet (shofar)
is found in Psalm (Tehillim) 89:15, as it is written, "How
blessed are the people who know the joyful sound [blast of the
shofar]..." (NAS)."

" The recognition of God as King is vividly pictured in the Jewish
view of Adam's understanding of his Divine Creator being King
over all the Universe. It was late on the sixth day since God
began the Creation of the world, when Adam opened his eyes and
saw the beautiful world around him, and he knew at once that God
created the world, and him too. Adam's first words were:

"The Lord is King forever and ever!" and the echo of his voice rang
throughout the world. "Now the whole world will know that I am King,"
God said, and He was very pleased. This is the first Rosh HaShanah!
The first New Year. It was the birthday of Man, and the Coronation Day
of the King of Kings!"

Re: Revelations 12:1, Rosh Hashanah, Elenin, Palestinian State = Biblical Prophecy Fulfilled????
Wanted to add a link I just came across this morning with a little snippet of text relating to 3 days of darkness..

[link to www.his-forever.com]

"Peter’s prophecy that states “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the
moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come,” has not
been fulfilled at any time in this present dispensation and you readers know it. Then if this prophecy is to be fulfilled in this present dispensation, like the rest of his prophecy has been, then it must be fulfilled before the Lord comes to resurrect and rapture His people to glory. "

"If the whole entire earth is plunged into darkness for three days, then it will be as the blackness of “night” over the whole earth during that entire time. Peter’s prophecy will be fulfilled to the letter. Paul’s “pattern” will be fulfilled. The types and shadows set forth in the Old Testament will be fulfilled, and our Lord will literally come “as a thief in the night” to resurrect and rapture His people to glory. "

Much more at the link above.

And, here is more info on the importance of Rosh Hashanah and it's possible relation to end times prophecy fulfillment...

[link to www.hebroots.org]

"The gates of Heaven are opened on Rosh HaShanah so the righteous nation may enter (Isaiah [Yeshayahu] 26:2; Psalm [Tehillim] 118:19-20). Because the gates of Heaven are understood to be open on Rosh HaShanah, this is further evidence that the rapture (natzal) of the believers in the Messiah Yeshua will take place on Rosh HaShanah."

Some very good points OP.

There are so many signs that are pointing to this coming Rosh Hashanah. I really sense in my spirit, that this is the appointed time of the Rapture. I know it is hard to grasp the enormity of such a prophetic event as this... and sometimes I think to myself, nah, this can't be happening, but the signs are definitely there. I hope I am not setting myself up for a letdown. I am ready to go home!

Thanks for this thread OP.

Thank you my friend! You are right, there are SO many other things pointing in this direction that weren't mentioned!

I am ready to go home too! It sounds strange to say considering I have two young children, however, we are not of this world and I believe more so now than ever that the time is drawing near. It just feels right. I don't believe that disappointment will overcome us if God should tarry. We are on His timeline and it will happen when the time is right. Whether it is this Rosh Hashanah or another, it is an amazing time to be alive and we will not be let down because we still will make it there someday as long as we maintain hope and faith! He will never let us down!

Marantha indeed!

God is SO good and we are SO blessed!

God bless you always my friend hf
