Explain further...hmmm. Well, I read your posts as they come and have noticed that you have some health issues and worries. This is a sign that your faith in your own body is a tad out of whack. It doesn't mean that your destined to die of some ailment you fear...it just makes you susceptible to outward influence (heart rates, scabs bump and the like). Fear is like an beacon for negative influence. It thrives on it. Your mind can become your own enemy. Make it for you, not against you. If you must lie to yourself repeatedly to make something within you true...DO IT! Remember, you cannot lie to yourself about outward influences or circumstances just about what is within. The placebo effect is enough evidence in this world to know that the mind (center of the nervous system) controls way more than we realize.
