Cities and towns should be able to make such laws. I also think store owners should have the right to kick out customers they don't want, landlords should be able to rent to who they want, local schools should be able to kick kids out, and towns should be able to ban individuals from entering. Individuals and local governments used to be able to make such decisions. Now the perps seem to have all the rights and the victims none.
