Those of you who think you own that land are sadly delusional. In all Human societies and Civilizations, it is always ultimately The State (or King) that owns all the land in that eState. Always, without any exception. This is because the combined military forces of The State that can number now in the tens of millions, can always come and take that land by force even if it requires killing off the squatters who claim they 'own' the land.

Any other understanding is delusion.

And when it comes to The State owning the land, each State much defend its own Land Claim against all would would counter claim and that defense is on the grounds of military battle. Such is human history, such is the human future.

Ownership of land? Its hard enough at times if enough are gathered against you to successfully even defend your "own" body.. without soliciting allies who themselves might for what ever reasons help defend you now but be against you later.

Well said... but it seems we never really do get down to the naming of name as to who this "They" really are.

This is the very thing the forces of Liberty were to guard against and fight against. And yet, each success leads only to a 'new elite'.. rinse and repeat.

If they simply returned that $21 Billion from whom they took it from in the first place there would in reality be far less 'significan deterioration' going on. Its the constant siezing parts of the capital of all (rich and poor and middle class) that is causing and producing even more and more 'significant deterioration' of the local environs.

What needs to be governed and regulated are the very companies like the energy companies and chemical companies that are so profit-customer driven that they have no qualms at all about raping the environment upon which many of their own customers are trying to live in.

I have the deed to my property but nowhere does it say owner; instead it says Tenant.

Its true! No Americans actually "own" land. You really need to investigate the illusion of ownership. The US Government is a company which put a lien on your land a hundred years ago, and has a similar lien on your productivity. That is how it pays off the Federal Reserve Bank and that is why you are all strawmen, who's names are actually companies owned by the parent company--the american gov't. YES-- YOU ARE OWNED, in addition to your land.

You all should really research this! The illusions that we are born with are not remotely close to the truth in terms of the legal relationships and contracts that are formed through things like SS# 's Birth Certificates and Marriage Certificates. That is why common law marriages happen-- so that the Marriage License and Certificates are avoided, as they literally give the ownership of your children to the government.

You don't own your car either-- you are using government property-- that is what the registration does for you. Your license to travel is your license to use the government property that you don't own but pay through the nose for. Hence it can be revoked. This is how they get around the "Right to Travel" in the bill of rights. Commercial purpose is the only purpose for which you require a license.

As far as owning land outright, lawfully, you need to go back and get the original title. Way back. It is called ALLODIAL TITLE.

If you "own" land, and someone threatens to "take" it, then just dig up "your land" and take it somewhere else

Eminent Domain. A very real problem and something I had to write a paper about in school. The Gov can just move in and take over your land if they want it bad enough.

Their complaint is with the previous property owner, not the EPA. If the previous property owner didn't disclose that it was in a wetlands (which is probably why they sold it in the first place)then that's who they sue. Real estate law 101.

Social engineering using persuasive psychology has worked for thousands of years. We all slay with words, those who have not had to go through the same law/permit/sacrifice route that 'we' have had to, etc.

We perpetuate and cascade the restrictive laws by simply feeling hard done by if others are seen to have an easier path to their dreams. We are the 'jealous neighbouring tribe'. So, all their psychology relies on fundamental human behavior functioning as usual.

Why do so many spiritual teachings tell us to love one another - I ponder at the wisdoms, through my window of disconnection to all and any groups. Well, one reason might be that we need to celebrate others' successes and embrace the achievements and creativity of our neighbours. In doing so, we open the doors for ourselves and further, we make pathways to dreams accelerate in their achieving.

I hope this couple get the rights back to build their home and I hope very much, that others find paths to their dreams become a much smoother one too.

Not true if they were not aware of it. Do you think the developer knew as he was investing thousands putting in water and such when he successful built the whole neighborhood without all this crap?

How about this couple? What if before even starting to build their plans had changed and they had to sell. So then the next owners get the EPA bootstomping not them. But clearly this couple was clueless so how did deciding to sell magically make them aware of all the crap the EPA was going to pull? It wasn't just them, they had contractors involved and they all would have viewed the lot conditions yet none were aware it was wetlands?
