Although I'm in shape...
too be fair we are living in a super fucked up time in history in regards to nutrient. With all the gmo foods and artificial nonsense, it's really easy for a good third of the population to get fat. Not to mention bad parents, I see mothers feeding their 5 year old kids chili dogs and ice cream, so that sets them up for a bad life when it comes to weight.

that's part of the problem, McDonalds is super cheap so poor people often times rely on that cheap food to survive.
