Nope, this was parts from the UARS satellite, they just won't admit it for legal reasons... This is why the BS pacific ocean story never went over well with anyone.

This was in August - and that is the time of year for the
the Peseid Meteor shower, not onlly did I see the metero fall close to earth and burn out - I was lucky enough to see about 5 falling stars. Usualy about 11 PM.

Meteor? Strange Falling Object Reported Across Gulf Coast
People all across the Gulf Coast reported seeing a large, perhaps green object streaking through the skies about 7:20 p.m. Sunday.

Anyone have a vid of the ACTUAL ball of fire as that distruction can be caused by anything.

Do you not realize just how 'brief' a fire ball/shooting star ect. IS? The odds of a person 'rolling film' in the exact area of the sky where a hot flaming object suddenly appears, are quite slim.

A person reports they saw a fiery ball in the sky, of which said ball of fire 'lands' and subsequently starts a brush fire.

Don't get so caught up with the "link our you stink" or the "if no pics it didn't happen".

Good for you, just like most of the UFO photos that are not fakes are not Studio Quality productions, but grainy, blurry daytime objects (not lights at night). Even though we now have many more people constantly carrying around a camera in their cell phones it doesn't mean they are always just waiting to whip them out an take a quick snapshot.

Never does it seem to occur to many that the 'no link you stink' thing is a rather stupid approach. Someone first reported it or wrote online so that there could be that very first original page item to be linked to... everything your see and read on the internet had its start and birth or observation by a human (or some extension of our senses such as instruments) that only later gets put on line to become that Link you all seem to covet so much. But of course we want more than just one witness to things, we really would like when there are two or more witnesses to some occurrence to report in.. but sometime only one person witnesses it.

As for "picture or it didn't happen" that too is a not so subtle thought corralling approach, indicating that no what should believe anyone reporting anything they see but didn't have a camera with them. Sometime the true agenda towards its thought corralling capabilities really does come to light. In this day and time pictures can be so convincingly stage or created or edited that 'seeing it in a photo or video' does not necessarily mean you should believe what you are seeing there. Hollywood calls it the "suspension of dis-belief"... just because 'they' show it to you.

Last weekend I was on a short vacation to Cape Cod. I was standing on the edge of a lake/pond with a friend in the middle of the night, having a beer and chatting. I was looking up and suddenly the sky lit up with a giant meteorite. It streaked straight downwards and looked green, blue, yellow, orange, etc. Was HUGE. The flare/fire/aura around it made it about the size of the moon. We both saw it.

We also saw a few shooting stars the rest of the night... but that was the largest meteorite I've ever seen.

This is EXACTLy like the one that hit over here in Argentina (buenos aires) take a look !
