The latest DNA research indicates Homo erectus left Africa and met up with Neanderthals at least 1,000 generations ago. Sub-Saharan negroes have 10 generations or so since they left the primitive native conditions of Africa as slaves.
That same DNA research indicates all races of current civilized H.sapiens have Neanderthal DNA except the Sub-Saharan negro.
All races(except Australoid) with the H.sapien/Neanderthal DNA blend have average IQ's of 90-105, Sub-Saharan negroes average IQ is 70.

This is not so much 'flash mob' or 'gang' activity as instinctive primitive native predation behavior, defenseless caucasions... Caucasions are the prey!

1) Get rid of ALL housing projects

2) Greatly reduce and make it very difficult for people to get section 8 type subsidized housing $. I know real estate owners, landlords, etc. wouldn't like it, but fuck 'em.

3) Launch suits and demand state AGs desegregate our 'minority' ghettos. If 'white' neighborhoods are forced to desegregate so shouldn't 'minority'. Withhold various state and federal funding if they don't reach acceptable desegregated standards.

4) We need REAL welfare/benefits reform. STOP paying girls/women $ and benefits when they have kids, can't pay for them, can't care for themselves, no responsible daddy, etc. Most of these asshole urban youth get their attitude and racism from their asshole mommies.

MANY blacks and 'Hispanics' are brought up to HATE so-called whites. This is a simple fact. I don't think it's ever going to get better or go away. A draconian solution is required. And what's ironic is they don't attack, jump 'rich', privileged 'whites' or 'minorities', they jump, assault, rob, murder, cab drivers, delivery men, 'white' kids who're in the same socio-economic condition they are.
