Reptilians are known by this name because their skin and eyes resamble Earth's reptilians. They are actually descendants of reptilian species just like Earth's ones, but in their case they looked a little bit more like monkeys. Their ability to make tools created a necessity for acquiring more knowledge just like how it happened with us, humans. Unlikely most websites, reptilians aren't aways bad: It's just because the most active reptilian empires are the "evil" ones.

No, we and all other beings follow the same rule of the universe. But we are evolving in a much faster pace, so that we can not use all the power of our mind. Once the evolution proccess slows down we will be using 100% of our brain's power.

Sorry, I didn't answer all of your questions. I know all of this because it's been 2 years I have been abducted and somehow, it looks like they abducted me more times.
