Contrary to your "retort" Jesus rose from the dead. The Romans did everything in their power to stop it. Murdered people who witnessed and claimed his resurrection.

The ONLY thing in your spew thats remotely correct is, yes, people will not concider a living man God.

not just non-believers. christians would not accept a man as God if it were before their eyes. It doesn't work the way you imagine. You have to come face to face with a real human body, with imperfections. He wouldn't be glowing with light in a magical orb floating above you.

Could you follow a man as God if you had the chance? It's harder than you can imagine.

He wasn't what the jewish's had in mind, to save them. I think they expected macho Superman or terminator to wipe out their enemies. If he was here in person physically christians seeing a long haired, bearded, possibly not that clean looking tramp, yapping in parables, wouldn't want to follow him. would be like a homeless bum on the streets with alcohol and mental issues, rambling.

If he was here he probably wouldn't look the way you describe. He would look like a normal run of the mill person. The way he is described to have looked is the way other normal people looked in his day. Most men had long hair and wore simple cloaks.

Sorry my friend I will have to disagree with you here. They all didn't look the same in his day. He was a Nazarene, they don't cut their hair or shave or trim their beards.

This would apply to these days if he were walking the earth in the physical as God commanded Joseph and Mary to raise him as a Nazarene.
