An earthquake prediction is in effect, essentially until the energy is released. The prediction says: This area is highly built up and is highly likely to release...no bs to it. what i find pretty constant is taht he has been predicting this quake since the 20th of thsi month , and hasnt changed his plan since, he said it would be around thsi time almost 2 weeks ago. maybe he is onto something.
