the problem with israel is that they dont take revenge commensurately, they go way over the top. without the help of the west Israel would have very little. western opinion is starting to turn against Israel.

but I will say this, Israel knows that it needs a peace deal. You only have to look at Northern Ireland, Macedonia, and Bosnia to realise that impoverished minorities have more children, and the Israelis will quite simply be outbred within 50 years, the Palestinians will get their state and Israelis will be a minority within a full Palestine.
