September 29 is the date when the Earth is shaken, not stirred, like a Bond.
Quoting: Chaol "[...] is shaken, not stirred, like a Bond." I didn't get this. It's some kind of english expression? EQ coming? Yes, it is in reference to the James Bond character of film and books. How he drinks his martini 'is shaken, not stirred'.
