Re: The Occupy Wall Street Movement Report from the Frontlines: Origins of the 99% Movement
Hearing rumor that 1199SEIU - United Healthcare Workers may be jumping on the band-wagon.

Standby for updates.

SEIU??? these commie unions are part of the problem.... who do they think pays their inflated wages? we fkn do. who do they think their leadership is? fkn communists.

im sorry but this movement is not organic grass roots.. it is artificially turfed by the same wall street handlers they think they are protesting.

the answer isn't dismantling capitalism... the answer is freedom. we have not had a true free enterprise system since the bankers illegally pushed through the fed reserve act in 1913.

we have to dismantle the barriers to business... not destroy it with regulations that the corporations actually are the architects of. those reg's are the barriers to business and competition.

wake up you stupid sheeple.... most of these protesters are dense as hell and fall for the michael moores and roseann barrs of the world. when i see luke rudowski fawning all over roseann barr i know something stinks.

nobody is falling for this make believe movement. That is why it is getting no attention accept for these union/socialist shill posting on here. remove the pin. this is a joke.

You are a stupid sheeple not protesters. The thing with cancer is that when you cut some of it it regrows. Cutting is exactly what you are proposing.

If you get rid of bankers and their minions someone else will find it self in a position of power to screw with people all over again.

Capitalism must go, it is unsustainable.
 Quoting: Shogu666

and the same criminals will be in control of that system... but that system will crush the people. no offense but youre in poland.. not exactly a beacon model for anything.

it has taken the men behind wall street almost 100 yrs to take over the usa... but they will fail and we will go back to being a free country again. i will admit they came close... but eventually freedom of speech has done them in.

you sound like these communist dupes chanting anti-capitalism slogans they get from wall street communists.

It's easy to throw rocks from the street and complain.

If you told them that you had a solution to all of their problems, but that they would have to start working hard every day for the foreseeable future to implement it...they would dissipate like smoke.

yawn. same hardworking crap argument.
no workies for many because wall street/gov mafia rather pay competitive (slave wage/cheaper) wages in india and china. for ages the only work created in usa was the military but even they are getting less fake debt money from their daddy masters who have the hot jobs of trading in debt.

Why did you delete my post, OP? Don't like the fact that I don't support people who want to end western capitalism?

Is that the type of new system this "99%" wants, where dissent is eliminated?

i used to think holidays were important as well- as many as possible- it almost gave me an identity of a sort, could tell everyone and post my pics on fb and well since i worked so hard for it i was kind of proud of it as well, and i mean it is so so easy to do in the uk, so cheap and accessible..just wonderful all these airlines and all these places wow..but then...it became like going through drive through fast food restaurants, then i had to add more and more exotic element to my travels and it still felt so empty and meaningless...now i rather spend my time and wages on helping reduce suffering in any little way and not to grab too much form anywhere

Maybe I would support them if they had a clear political stance with clear agendas instead of banging bongo drums an ranting about banks and people who earns more money than them, the "1%".

Right now it's costing the American tax payers for this rabble to protest, such as extra police to escort them around, that won't endear themselves to the "averge Joe" will it?

It's your God given right to a 500K home, boat, two cars, motor home, ATV, motorcycle and new furniture!

It's unreasonable to expect people to actually save money and pay for shit!

I know when I bought my house that I had to pay for it. It's all right there in the contract that was signed! If people want to protest something, how about protesting President Obama and Congressman Barney Frank for using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as a piggy bank. This was done to buy votes for themselves and to keep the Democrat majority in power. It worked as they schemed to give homes to low-income individuals who had no capacity to repay the mortgages on the homes. So, here are we, the world, in a government-created financial calamity. But no one wants to discuss this. Hmm, wonder why?

I saw some signs they were holding.

One said "STOP Capitalism", so who ARE these people, COMMUNISTS ?

A few signs I could agree with about taking power away from bankers, etc.

But one web site I linked to was full of crap, as it described "Dr." Cornel West as an intellectual, activist, and best=selling author, when in reality he's a vicious, Black RACIST thug.

I have heard that cockroach speak many times on TV, and he's an A-Hole.

How dare they charge you interest on money you deserve!

It's your God given right to a 500K home, boat, two cars, motor home, ATV, motorcycle and new furniture!

It's unreasonable to expect people to actually save money and pay for shit!

We demand free shit!

Yup, I've made it clear many times that I've never supported bailouts and Barney Fag...but people have to demonstrate some personal responsibility also...just because you qualify for a loan, doesn't mean you have to take it...if you make minimum wage working at Wal-Mart with no benefits, then perhaps you shouldn't buy a $250,000 home...

The onus is on the lender. These banks knew they were lending money to people who would not or could not pay the loan

Why do u call it the 99% movement when only like 5% of the people support it? The rest of us don't like Marxist crybabies.

Exactly! For many people, living beyond their means came back to bite them in the ass. It's no one else's fault but their own.
