I started this thread over a year ago when my 9 year old Leonberger Jack was dying. We got a new Leo puppy, Micah, back in January who is now 11 months old and 120 lbs. Last week we added a 4 1/2 month old special needs Leo named Molly to our family. And all I have to say about that is....

Wow...it feels like the world is unraveling. Storms on the East Coast and Earthquakes on the West Coast.

I've been totally wrapped up in doom today....Until I heard the laughter of my adult children and their significant others in the kitchen tonight.

The "kids" are acting silly and creating some of the most disgusting booze shots ever. They are laughing and taking videos that they swear will go viral...LOL

Then I thought...I love them, they love life, and we should all love and enjoy life while we still can...which brought me back to this thread...

Thanks for the tunes....The kids just informed me they are forming the "Icky shot club"..OMG! I'm not sure if I'm a really bad mom or I've raised kids that are enjoying life to the fullest. One of their concoctions involved, Aloe Juice, Chlorophyll, Elderberry syrup, fresh cayenne peppers from my garden and tequila they brought back from a Mexican cruise. They called it "Mom's fridge health shot" LOL

I'm going to clean up their mess and call it a night. I need to get up early, make coffee, cook breakfast and advise them to delete any stupid stuff they may have uploaded to youtube. Even with kids in their mid-20's ..It appears that mothers job is never done!
