Elenin Question
According to Stellarium, at 7:00 in the morning, Elenin will be due East (from my location in Savannah, GA) and approx. 8 degrees above the horizon. It is showing a magnitude of 5.94 and a distance from earth of 0.322 AU.

At that time of day, the sun is still showing below the horizon. My question, then, is should it be visible (assuming it's still out there)?

no. Maybe telescope but even there it will be hard because faint. Can we see debris?
