Right Wing pundits are using the phrase "Cain is Able" to promote Cain. In the Biblical story of Cain and Able, Cain was the evil man who murdered his brother Able in a jealous fit. The phrase "Cain is Able" is a meme designed to confuse people's sense of good and evil.

Cain's "999" plan pronounced in German is "Nein, Nein, Nein" or "No No No". This was shown in the movie Inglorious Basterds where Hitler, an Anti-Christ wanna-be predicted by Nostradamus, was slamming his fist on the table and screaming "NEIN, NEIN, NEIN!";
