When I was in the PD, I had two young men do the very same thing to my officers and I. NOTHING I could do would restrain them by myself. They were on Angel Dust. Their strength was amazing. They didn't respond to pain or verbal reasoning at all. They were wild beasts full of energy and all they wanted to do was run like animals and assault others along the way. It was ONLY when citizens came to help us restrain that we eventually subdued these two young men.
