having experience with PCP a.k.a. (phencyclidine) was developed in the 1950s as an intravenous anesthetic, but its use for humans was discontinued because it caused patients to become agitated, delusional, and irrational. 4 of my friends and myself witnessed an event several years after I'd stopped using this chemical that really freaked me out. there was a dude high on this shit that after being subdued with 3 pair of handcuffs and placed in the back of an L.A.P.D. patrol car broke all 3 pair of cuffs and managed to grab one of the officers weapons. he pointed it at one of the cops which then had 6 of the officers open fire and unload approx 26 rounds into this dude.. bleeding profusely he takes off running and it was later determined that this guy had bled out completley after running 4 blocks .. but they finally found him dead 13 blocks from the scene
