That all sounds reasonable to me. I've seen chemtrails sprayed at <5,000ft, triangulated with 5km seperated base stations and ham radio. Sea level humidity was <40%. Sea level temps were ~30c. MASSIVE puffy trails were generated, looked like bags of flour dropping out along the length of the trail.

Contrails my ass, ive watched them spraying here in Hawaii just off the coast of maui, flying back and forth making a small grid between Maui and the Big Island and for those of you that don't already know, contrails do not form here and planes are constantly flying over head...
Never do i see a contrail!
I had to explain to some locals(Hawaiians) what a contrail even was/looked like because they had never seen one and for the most part you never see chemtrails either, they spray at night or several mile out to sea, NEVER during the day over the island.

who told you that? how do you know, have you timed it? why aren't they supposed to last 5, 10, 15 sec? what if there are invisable chemical sprays, so the short lived 'trails you see are the initial spray before disapating? why do you never see 'trails at low level, is that because they just spray a lighter, thiner chemical (since its closer to the ground).
