David means Beloved. YAHSHUA is the heavenly King David and the Beloved of YAH. The earthly King David was a sinful man as r the rest of us. He was privileged to be given the songs of YAH and YAHSHUA which r the actual prayers of YAHSHUA given a thousand years before He entered His creation as the Son of Man and Son of YAH.
