Funny this happens right after both major DHS/FEMA drills that occurred last week in Denver and DC. Not trying to take away from the disaster and concern for those close by and the first responders; hope everyone stays safe and this ends soon. So they have a whole range of chemicals on hand and depending on their current contract, the composition of those chemicals change from month to month. The fire fighters really don't know what they're dealing with, and the feds are sending air quality monitoring equipment to test the cloud and its fallout.
