This is going to be big, nothing for sale here just the protocol.

I wrote this paper explaining how it works, how by taking Vitamin C and Iodine in increased levels can trigger a hormonal tweak and subsequent weight loss.

Myself I don't see doctors - none. I don't goto dentists either. My teeth are white clean and plaque free, because I know how keep them clean! I take good care of myself and keep my immune system strong! My protocol - 10,000 vitamin D a day, and 2 teaspoons minimum of Cinnamon. It works! Its potent combined with natural cheap foods like porridge and cabbage (LOADED in nutrients) your body is your own best friend :)

No if you actually read the sentence they increased the lifespan of MICE by 50% by feeding them tart crap apples through their entire life! duh!

If you study the diet of the longest recorded lifespan of anyone who ever lived that of Jeanne Calment - 122 years she ingested large amounts of dark Chocolate and survived a hip replacement at 117 years. But what people do not realized is on a ORAC chart dark chocolate is HIGH up their with acai berries for its anti-oxidant qualities. In fact its 10x more potent of an anti-oxidant than blueberries. The second big treatment was her rich consumption of olive oil, which is loaded in Vitamin E, another anti-oxidant. She reached full potentiation IMHO of her hayflick limit. However going farther is going to take more than chocolate and olive oil. Only in 40 years or so are we going to see the results of the new protocols some people are utilizing such as reduced calorie diets, and GHr supplementation or DHEA.

If I was a 64 year old female who has been taking Synthyroid for 20 years I would still do a Vitamin C / Iodine supplementation. Even if it doesn't increase T3/T4 production, it would push out a lifetime of heavy metal ingestion, as the iodine would push out the halides that accumulate in the body. The second is I would start taking a couple teaspoons of cinnamon a day to remove yeast and fungal infections and as the number one method of cleaning a fouled large colon. Either way I would know I would feel much better from even the detoxification I would get from getting out the nasty halides like fluoride, chlorides, and bromide that is found in our toothpaste, water, and bread. I do know that it would work at least some and I could look at getting off the Synthyroid starting in a month.

Secondly I would goto a McGavins bread basket and buy a quart of cold pressed flax oil, and ingest with some cottage cheese (the Budwig protocol) as it would cause a cell recharge as the Budwig Protocol had worked so effectively against.

The final thing I would do is eat a little raw cabbage a day, or some porridge from time time and permanently remove the following from my diet.

NO DIET POP - NEVER. IT INCREASES OBESEITY BY DISRUPTING INSULIN (Serious!) GOOGLE 'My Aspartame Experiment'

NO PROCESSED SALAD DRESSINGS / soups / chilis - THE MSG IS POISON.

REDUCE YOUR PROCESSED SUGAR INTAKE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Finally I would COMMIT to EXCERCISE no matter HOW OLD I WAS. Doing what I could. It works as it would increase DHEA, and other beneficial hormones that would reactivate the anti-aging.

Everyone always asks whats the best method of ingesting Cinnamon - I found mixing it in yogurt, or porridge the best. Another that is good is in your protein shake. I wrote another anecdotal paper on the cognitive effects of cinnamon from the coumarin that is in it.

Thanks for posting this. I almost couldn't believe it when I read your post - talk about synchronicity!

I recently started a similar regimen hoping to jump start some weight loss and improve my health. Mostly I want to feel my best as often as possible. That's my main health goal.

I'm taking kelp supplements for the iodine - 650 micrograms twice a day. I also take a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil and a tablespooon of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. My energy is through the roof and I'm sleeping better at night. I've been doing this for only about a week and a half. I added these to my old regimen of magnesium oil, 5000 IUs of vitamin D daily, and my multivitamins.

I found once adding the kelp, coconut oil, and ACV that I was having flu-like symptoms off and on (a cleanse reaction?) which went away when I added some milk thistle and a good probiotic.

I took a base weight on 10/1 and have decided to give it a month before I follow up with the scale so as not to become unduly discouraged. My clothes fit better already so I believe it is working.

Thats a nice mix. I remember I was working the one job and a co-worker was heavy into his drugs. Was was interesting is he could always pass his blood test because he ingested quite a bit of vinegar prior. And he also noted the weight would just FLY OFF!!

I have a bottle of kelp but its so fricking nasty to eat I have to eat it raw. I find in water it smells so foul!! The Kelp sheets you buy are actually tasty as is too.

I'm a GIANT fan of the Vitamin D also, if you google the Vitamin D council you'll find their site if anyone disputes that taking that level is not safe. It boosts your immune system big time! I don't count them I just grab a good amount in my hand 15-20 and take them! But I don't do this every day, maybe every second or third day so its basically similar.

I find my body will heat up significantly after a Vitamin D ingestion, I will even start to sweat. But I always feel REALLY good on it - btw it boosts serotonin yahoo!! Since it activates 5% of your DNA, or over 2000 genes there are many many many things that it is doing, and I think our propeller heads could study it for the next 100 years. Too bad so much of the research is profit controlled.

Same with me I have the coconut oil on the counter too - its actually another very powerful anti-viral, and a weight loss method.

The cinnamon is a MUST - for me. Vitamin D won't push out a Canadida yeast infection (producing a neurotoxin, and infecting anyone who ingests North American beef!) but cinnamon will! It is also a strong treatment for bugs and parasites in the gut, as it treats everything from ecoli and so forth. I also noticed it greatly helped with mental clarity, memory, focus and other beneficial side effects.

No subsititute for exercise though its still king for feeling good!

Have you heard or read about Edgar Cayce? He talked about iodine a great deal in his readings; i use Atomidine (original Cayce formula) and it works very well. If you're interested, i'll post a video i made of the Cayce '5 elements' he says are required for health, those being water, salt, sodium bicarbonate, iron, and iodine.

BTW not to nitpick here, but in your document:
"Some people loose weight and do little to nothing"

The word 'loose' above should be 'lose' :) It's a common typo. Anyway great job! Will give this a read

yep, I went from a size 10 to a 4 by taking a thyroid supplement. I also take a bunch of kelp daily.

Now I do eat a lot of protein and veggies but I also eat ice cream and a few carbs.

Right now I'm working on not losing any more weight.

I have to ask... when you talk about cinnamon, are you talking real cinnamon, or are you talking about cassia (a relation of cinnamon, and what is sold in the U.S. as 'cinnamon'; it's what you get off the shelf when you buy 'cinnamon' in the U.S.)

OK, so I am researching trying to find a great iodine source...any suggestions to cut time?

If your in a pinch pick up some kelp, or kelp sheets.

Your local pharmacy I have never seen them carry Trophic although I did see a Pharmasave once that carried Lugols solution (a VERY strong variant of Iodine) - but that stuff is pretty strong and I would not recommend it unless your hard core into pushing out the heavy metals.

I have to ask... when you talk about cinnamon, are you talking real cinnamon, or are you talking about cassia (a relation of cinnamon, and what is sold in the U.S. as 'cinnamon'; it's what you get off the shelf when you buy 'cinnamon' in the U.S.)

Have you heard or read about Edgar Cayce? He talked about iodine a great deal in his readings; i use Atomidine (original Cayce formula) and it works very well. If you're interested, i'll post a video i made of the Cayce '5 elements' he says are required for health, those being water, salt, sodium bicarbonate, iron, and iodine.

BTW not to nitpick here, but in your document:
"Some people loose weight and do little to nothing"

The word 'loose' above should be 'lose' :) It's a common typo. Anyway great job! Will give this a read

I'm not familiar with Edgar Cayce's iodine, however historicallly it was used as a cure all in the 1800's prior to anti-biotics. People were successfully even treating malaria with a nascent formula of it in a very highly bioavailable recipe, I think Dr Deagle peddles it at his nutrimedical.com site. I'm happy to just keep taking any oral iodine that is clean and oral - I don't get too fancy in that regards.

OK, I got one for you. Let´s say you were 64 years old female, who has been taking Synthyroid for 20 years. What would you do then?

If I was a 64 year old female who has been taking Synthyroid for 20 years I would still do a Vitamin C / Iodine supplementation. Even if it doesn't increase T3/T4 production, it would push out a lifetime of heavy metal ingestion, as the iodine would push out the halides that accumulate in the body. The second is I would start taking a couple teaspoons of cinnamon a day to remove yeast and fungal infections and as the number one method of cleaning a fouled large colon. REDUCE YOUR PROCESSED SUGAR INTAKE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Finally I would COMMIT to EXCERCISE no matter HOW OLD I WAS. Doing what I could. It works as it would increase DHEA, and other beneficial hormones that would reactivate the anti-aging.
