OK, so I am researching trying to find a great iodine source...any suggestions to cut time?

If you want to get crazy you can take Lugols but I wouldn't - its pretty strong 1 drop is 40x RDA. I'm not a fan of the veggie based sourced iodine maybe its healthier but its so weak in that form.
