Im thinking its the Vit D but I havent taken it today because of the headache I took Vit C, Cinnamon and Iodine.. if it was how often should I take either 10 or 15mg of D-3? But my best guess is the cinnamon - it removes fungal and yeast infections which is a underlying cause of lots of asthma's - which possibly is helping you. The Vitamin D will boost your immune system like crazy, and I find your core body temperature will come higher after taking a good dose of it. As far as Vitamin D Dosing - if you go out in the sun one hour a day that is 10,000 IU of Vitamin D. If you study tropical belt countries the poorer nations have citizens that do this all day every day and have very low rates of disease. Basically my point it I would do it every day if I wanted too. Vitamin D is actually stockpiled in the body in the northern climates to get through the winters. Those with office jobs and fully clothed all the time are atypically deficient. Especially!! Anyone with dark skin is VERY deficient. So their reserves are low it shows up in poor mood, depression, etc etc. Myself I wait for it to go on sale and buy like 6 bottles of the 240's for about $6 bucks a bottle. I burn through the stuff like crazy but I don't take it every day, just when I feel I need too. A nice feature is the Vitamin D/K combo some stores are selling. If you dig into Vitamin K its a stronger anti-oxidant than C, or E! And its being studied now as a potent anti-age prevention. Anything that lowers insulin will equal a long healthy life - even the extreme of going to a CRON (Calorie Reduced Optimal Nutrition) the stick people all running around on 1400 calories a day because it will enable them to live for 150 years. I'm not too sure about being hungry for another 110 years so.. I am thinking its the Cinnamon also. Dr put me on Diflucan for rash on various parts of my face body and feet. I have taken 2 doses a week for two weeks so far till I found this and subsequently lost my last two doses now I dont know if I should bother getting more since Cinnamon does so much. I am als worried if I take the Diflucan along with everything else. My hunch is to dump the diflucan and continue the protocol. |

I am having trouble converting this into a dosage of 1500 to 1700 mcg using a dropper. Do you have a solution for this problem? I think you have already figured this out cause i think this is what you use. Thanks. Results to date. Started the protocol on October 10th. Have lost one to two inches in my waist (pants fit much better), energy level excellent, sleeping more soundly, overall feeling of wellness great. Only negative is i have noticed a number of pimples on my backside. Having more difficulty tolerating the ACV... shit is nasty. Caution: my appetite has increased significantly probably form the increased energy levels so i have to be careful how much and what i eat. I knew I had low thyroid I take armour thyroid, but no insurance and as a single mom on tight budget...no insurance, alot of stuff just doesn't get taken care of. so haven't had blood work in @7 years...etc. but the last few months, my chronic fatigue and other health issues has gone to minus ten just have been crying out to God. have felt so alone with it. drink enuf coffee to make it thru work and put on a happy face...but inside a shell... then come home - collapse- have noticed that when I'm not working, looking for work, or making work related calls, I've just been 'hiding'....some major stresses the last few months and one shock from 2 weeks ago have really sent this rabbit into 'lockdown' mode. still haven't had energy to unpack our boxes from 3 months ago. and just the worst depression/brain fog started fasting and praying (veg juice) wednesday seeking God's will...- later- read this article. [link to www.scribd.com] got up thursday and took iodine with vitamin C within an hour I'd unpacked 3 boxes, cleaned the kitchen and done 2 loads of laundry. wow!!! I feel some snap back! some hope, too. today, I feel hope a for the first time in a long time. Could so much of it just be thyroid? wow. I praise God for this info. Sure you could do it that way depending on capsule size, however you would be looking at around 40 capsules roughy a day to get anything out of it - which might be a nuisance. I find it mixes really well into protein drinks so. |

The topical version makes her break out in hives. She does not like or eat any type of seafood. I would suggest using the foraging rules (for determining if a plant your trying to survive on in the wilderness is poisonous.) Simply rub some on a portion of the skin. If it disappears relatively quickly (the stain) within an hour she is basically still iodine deficient, and the body is absorbing it that method. After that try holding some in the mouth and see if any rashes develop, and then try adding a small tiny amount to the diet. Another option is to pick a portion of the body where nobody can see and simply rub some on. I do not know if dermal transmission will defeat the immune response - it is something to consider. |

For some reason unknown it would cause mass dieoffs of the virus and the person would get sores everywhere. However what is intersting is that 20grams / day of Vitamin C within three days will completely put the virus back into remission, and when recombined with Olive Leaf Extract may present a permanent cure. Anyone in this forum want to try - I don't have any way to confirm it at this time. |

I been drinking ACV for years. ACV + OJ + Fruit/Cherry Whey + Oil = Kiddy Cocktail :) i read this thread and started taking vitamin C and cinnamon.. i don't weight myself but I think i'm losing weight w/o doing much else different ...I do low-carb for 2-4 weeks then usually blow it.. since taking the vitamin C and cinnamon i have ALOT more energy (no naps) and considering i have done magnesium, iodine, atkins, ACV many times this year i have a good feel for how i feel when on it... with the addition of vitamin C and cinnamon i'm ALWAYS hungry, ALWAYS...where as before after few days of low carb i stopped being hungry and just eat less and less.. so there is something to the Vitamin C, not sure how much the cinnamon is doing. Almond Milk and Cinnamon is very yummy as well |
