Harry Reid wants the bill to pass but doesn't have the votes yet because not all the Democrats are on board with everything. He is now exploring other options to get more votes and considering raising millionaires' taxes slightly (thank you, Harry!)

The repubs in the Senate may vote as a block against passage. They're certainly not going to be real supportive.

The repubs in the House are apparently going to refuse to even bring it up for a vote. For them it's Party First, Country Second or Third.

On the Senate floor today, Republican leader Mitch McConnell asked for unanimous consent to proceed on voting on the bill. Reid, who has struggled to find enough votes for the bill in the Democratic caucus, objected to the motion and killed the opportunity for a vote.

Reid blocked the vote, you crawling DNC hack, because even his stupid and evil fellow Democrats know it's a typical tax-and-spend Obama trainwreck, and the last election showed them that anything to do with Ol' Hopey Changey is now suffering from Electile Dysfunction.
