My guess? Crazy Uncle Ron's been there for 30 years, he knows where all the bodies are buried. I'm guessing he's got an insurance file Assange would cream his panties for. After all, they've called him a kook... made sure everyone thought he was, probably got arrogant and talked too much in front of him. Paul's a smart guy, I'm a smart gal, that's what I'd have done... hung back, looked harmless, gathered all the dirt I could and then wham! He's got 30 years of voting records that back up his reputation. Did Obama? No... which is why Dr. Paul gets the major kudos.

I would love to see RP in the white house, but it's just not going to happen. The American people need someone with charisma. As much as I love his views on the Constitution and how the government should be throttled, he just doesn't have any charisma. In America today, the presidency is a beauty contest. Competence obviously is not important to most voters. Otherwise how the hell did Barry get elected?

He is leaving it up to the people of the states, there's a big difference between that and pushing the states to adopt those policies.

no one wants to know/discuss the possibility of a jfk/reagan like style on RP or that he is controlled-opposition for whomever... for the repercussions will have dire consequences for all!! and i dont think that our country can take these possibilities after this upcoming brutal campaign season.... time will tell, we all must tread carefully........

Would you want a neighboring state to legalize those things?

Think of the drug traffic between states...we can't even control the Mexican border.

What if Arizona decided to legalize anti-aircraft weapons with the new Ron Paul freedoms? Would you like gang members to be able to go play golf in Arizona in the morning, buy weapons in the afternoon, and blow up buildings that night?

Freedom is the greatest thing about our Country...but it has to be responsible freedoms...not just anything goes.

What if a Southern State decides to bring back slavery? You want that on a ballot? If it gets on a ballot, and all those who support slavery decide to relocate to said state?

What if another Mid Western State decides it is okay for a man to have more than one wife, and all he needs is a simple majority for it to pass? All the bigomists in the country would move to that state...and in a few years, then what?
