10/31 is a great day for a false flag
We all know the PTB are into 'sustainable development' which is a nice term for 'population reduction' which itself is a nice term for 'mass genocide'.
10/31 is the day the UN officially declares the planet's population at 7 billion.
And of course 10/31 is the luciferians' 'holy-day'...
