For example, I am not a Canadian I was born in Canada, but political boundaries do not make me what I am. My choices make me what I am and have become. This no different than anyone else in the world.
Place of birth or parentage does not dictate who we are, we are what we decide we are and what we want to become. Yes, people can choose to become nationalistic and patriotic and then follow whatever government comes into power.
But others, or the majority do not have to follow that dictatorship of character and soul… they can be themselves.
The Canadian government and what they do, does not reflect on me, as the government is well beyond the control of me or the majority. It is a dictatorship from behind the scenes.
Harper does not represent me, nor my views. I just live in Canada.

Besides that the majority of people do not give a shit about gov't and their policies until they have a direct impact on their lives. That's also why we wont see a mass movement until some gov't policy directly interferes on what they feel to be their rights. And right now I am banking on the economy to bottom out to create change. Next would be trying to get people chipped esp. in the south. Because as stupid as we make those people out to be, they will be the first to show you their gun collection when threatened.
