Step outside tonight just after sunset and look southwest. You´ll see the Moon, a beautiful crescent, having a close encounter with the red supergiant star Antares. I saw that last night! It was AWESOME! Stood and stared for a long time...it was so pretty...looked like it was painted in the sky!!
