The Great ShakeOut

Hey guys....Im not from USA but I came across this on the USGS site and thought it may interest some of you California or USA in general....its happening on Thursday 20th October 2011;

As a registered ShakeOut participant you will:

•Be counted in the largest earthquake drill ever!
•Be included on lists of who is participating in your area (optional)
•Be an example that motivates others to participate and get prepared
•Be updated with ShakeOut news and information about earthquakes and preparedness
•Be provided a customized Certificate of Participation to download after the drill
(when you register, be sure to list your name as it should appear on the certificate)
