These people being steared by powerful people by the sidelines who will take over the movement. For the most part the protesters in my New England town are old hippies and college kids. For them it is recreational homelessness. What bothers me is the working class is no where present in this movement. Where are they? Just bunch of so called radicals who are enamoured with the idea that if you walk bearfoot you are a radical. This movement is totally going to be hijacked by the elites. What makes me sad is how people have forgotten what rebellion is. The utopia that these clueless kids are harping is a wet dream if the likes of psuedo radicals, who are on the government payrole, like chomsky and amy goodman. This revolution will not be televised on twitter or facebook, both controlled and monitored by the government, but local communities banding together and rebelling against the federal government. My daughter is on of the ones having a hard time refuting her commie prof. and fellow college students. She is routinely verbally assaulted for disagreeing with the occupy movement.

She grew up with some of these people (not friends but neighbors) and I know the liberal, do anything parenting they received. It's sad really and you are right I should not make excuses for them.

Momma I also have a daughter in college. Same garbage, but she still holds the values I taught her. I keep telling her, "go in there, keep your mouth shut, get your A, and move on". I only say this because a professor gave me a 3.5 on a class even though I blew it out of the water. He just didnt like my (true) version of history.

As for the impending disaster, I only hope to make it home before it spills over to protect my family.
