I think that any citizen who is expected to obey the laws pimped by elected officials have the right to vote. Unfortunetly, the issue of money just fucks everything up. No taxation without representation is a legit maxim-- I agree with it. But I don't think people on welfare should be subjected to laws in which they have nO voice.
