If you are down wind of Macon, there is a massive storage sight for nuclear waste there. And it's above ground. My brother inlaw is one of those radio xray guys that checks bridges and the space shuttles for cracks and whatnot. He did some contract work at the facility in Macon and said people would be horrified if they knew what was coming out of there. Subsequently he quit and moved to the mountains. He has since started showing signs of cancer with no tumors. Blood count is off etc... If I were you I'd get the hell out of there if you love your kids. Don't make excuses about jobs and all that crap. Get up and go.
