Over 1 microSievert/hr in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea; 7-6-12, Fukushima Radiation in Rain

This radiation spike was filmed at 11:51 a.m. on July 6, 2012. It has been raining in Seoul for the past 24 hours, which tends to pull lots of radioactive particles out of the atmosphere so we can 'see' them on the counter. However, this is the first radiation spike I have ever seen at this high of a rate in downtown Seoul. It peaked at 1.375 microSieverts/hr (in other data not on this film).

7/6/2012: 12:19:20 PM -to- 12:29:20 PM = avg. 1.375 uSv/hr

After Fukushima, the typical background radiation around here is between .22 to .28 microSieverts/hr. Therefore, this is 4-5x background radiation being recorded in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea.
