If the Tea Party ever even came close to calling for violence in a public setting, there would be a shit storm of Media outcry and public denouncement. This is getting out of hand fast. Those are federal offenses, so I'm guessing US Marshals would arrest them. Or would it be someone in the military?

And who in those organizations would need to give the orders to arrest them?

Can some Congressional committee make this happen? Perhaps a state governor?

Well, we used to have a House Committee on Un-American Activities but the liberalization of the 1970's deemed it to be Un-American to evaluate such things as ones devotion to the country.
