Ironically, this is exactly how Obama first got elected to the Illinois Senate. He waited until the last minute, and challenged a bunch of the Democrat incumbent's ballot access signatures, and had her disqualified, leaving him as the only Democrat running in an all-Democrat district.

Maybe his little game will finally come back and bite him the ass.

And wasn't there some election he was involved with where he (or his election people) released some messy divorce records of his opponent which had been SEALED by the Court? Which then caused the opponent to drop out of the race rather than fighting against/explaining the contents leaving Obama unopposed so that he just walked right in and took the office?

Geez, I'd LOVE to see OBAMA'S "sealed" records!

I heard that he was going to invoke "diplomatic immunity" if any "Fast and Furious" subpoenas come his way. Figures.

That was Jack Ryan. He ran against Obama for US Senate, and Barry dug up his sealed divorce papers. By the time Alan Keyes got into the race in Ryan's place, it was already too late.
