I don't really think I have any real "holes" per se, and frankly any time we've done the whole email thing with people who say they can fill in holes or gaps for us... they turn out to be people thinking they're the reincarnation of Jesus and try to set us on a mission or tell us "who we really are" or something like that. All heavily inundated with religious dogma that I couldn't care less about. I'm more of a catma person.

This is also why I linked back to that "My experiences" thread at the top. Reikara and I (mostly just me now) kinda detailing a lot of general stuff regarding all of this and what we know/learned and such. I thought this thread would be good to deal specifically with energy training stuff.
