It must have some powerful preventative thing (scientific term there, 'cause I'm very smert) going for it. Maybe that explains it. mmmm, peanut butter |

This goes for everything, Oh and if you use any rewards cards! Don't! They take your data then jack up the prices on the items ordered the most frequent. |
Sigyn (OP) User ID: 1541249 United States 10/12/2011 07:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've long had the thought that the system doesn't want us to have peanut butter. The rapid increase of peanut allergies seems strange, almost purposeful. Then there was that big ebola scare or something at a factory about a year ago. Real peanut butter that separates must be refrigerated. |

Quoting: Hawgzilla Yes and all others will follow suit. Not just peanut butter, but peanuts themselves. All peanut products. Due to worst peanut crop in 30 years because of high heat and dry conditions. |

What they do in humans is not really talked about much. On the other hand when food gets scarce, you eat what you can get, knowing you have larger issues to deal with. |

I buy the large tubs at the health food store. $12.00 to $14.00 for 5 lbs depending on if you want it salted, unsalted, smooth, chunky, etc. I hope the price doesn't go up a whole lot. |

I think a 40% increase is a whole lot. Hell, even 10% is a lot if you think about all the products that are made with peanuts. |

Sigyn (OP) User ID: 1541249 United States 10/12/2011 08:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Its not just peanut butter I would do as much shopping and buy stable foods ect now and for christmas. Yes prices are going up alot more than you would think. In the business down loads coming soon Don't I know it. I have always kept a pantry. I see just in the past couple months how much items I purchase have gone up. Some have gone up by 30% and some have even doubled in price while at the same time the packaging remains the same, basically with less in it. And if they change the packaging, like I see they did with brand name coffee's they announce it on the package, "NEW SIZE." Like you should be excited about this great new size that is costing you more for much much less. |

The Voice In Your Head User ID: 1379486 United States 10/12/2011 09:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The pending price increase I keep hearing about in my store is 25-30%... One of the best ways to stock up is to watch the sales flyers in your local grocers.... This time of year many grocers are trying to bring customers in the door by any means necessary...including 3 day sales. If at the start of the ad you find out there is a three day sale, you can call the store and ask for a case of it to be set aside or ordered for you (so as long as their is not a limit on the quantity you can buy). Any grocery chain that gives the slightest care about their customers would be happy to oblige. Anybody that refuses gives you an inside look at what they are really about (applies to both the manager and/or the grocery chain). I'm just a figment of your imagination ;-) |

I do only get the small jar though so its gone in like less than a month |
