Think about it, "How many terrorist acts have been successful?" How many terrorists have managed to blow up more buildings, more buses, more trains and boats and planes? How many have used exploding body packs to kill Americans in crowded places?

As I stated, what this ex-judge is saying is how law enforcement has operated for about the last hundred years. From stopping a robbery before it happens to acting like a drug buyer to buy 100 kilos of cocaine to stop a shipment of cocaine in the US.

I know because I was set up by a cop and sold a pound of weed to him in 1996. They had the money copied, the deal on tape and a helicopter followed me to my dealers house and got him as well. There was no way I would have been able to fight the case they had or get off. Hence, they are smart.
