You can even let it go two months. I ran across this recipe a little over a year ago. I said to myself...what the hell...lets make some. I followed the recipe and the timeline. This stuff is super strong! I have taken it for a bad sinus infection/flu and for a serious chest cold. I have only had to take it those couple of times because it does seem to work. Very spicy as well...seems to burn out of you whatever is ailing you. It really opens you up to breathe and does it quickly. I still have most of my first batch...it does develop a sediment that will sit at the bottom of the container, but just shake it up and you are good to go. Takes a couple of weeks to complete, but imo, it is worth having around. Everything is bullshit |
