i have just found this thread, and turns out i have been doing everything the OP posted for 3 years, and some even 7 years.
And i have seen a massive change in energies, perception, health, altered states of consciousness, Moods, paranormal experiences, channeling, visions and lots more.

Also after not drinking fluoridated water for 1 year and having a glass yesterday i almost through up my body refused to take it!
